OUR CULTURE
Built on Principles. Driven by Purpose.

Six working standards guide every mould project at SZ-MOLDTECH, from design review and process planning to machining, assembly, sampling and final delivery.

Do the Right Thing

Make decisions based on engineering facts, not convenience. When a tolerance cannot be achieved or a schedule requires adjustment, we communicate it early and provide a practical solution before it affects the project.

Respect the Details

Precision is built into every stage. For a 48-cavity preform mould, even a 0.02 mm deviation in core alignment can affect trial results and mould performance. Drawings, dimensions and interfaces are verified against the actual part requirements before machining.

Keep Learning

Mould technology continues to evolve with new resin grades, hot runner technologies and higher cycle requirements. Trial data, production feedback and service records are reviewed and fed back into engineering and manufacturing processes.

Open Communication

Early communication reduces technical risk and rework. Design revisions, machining status, machine compatibility, assembly progress and trial results are shared at the appropriate stage, keeping all parties aligned throughout the project.

Shared Responsibility

A mould moves through engineering, CNC machining, EDM, assembly, sampling and inspection. Every handover is treated as a quality checkpoint. If an issue is identified downstream, the relevant teams work together to trace the cause and complete the corrective action.

Respect for Expertise

Good engineering decisions come from reliable technical input. CNC programming data, machining feedback, assembly observations and customer trial results are evaluated based on evidence and technical relevance. Every role contributes to the final mould performance.

Customer-First Pet Preform Mould Design
Understand the Application Before We Recommend.

Every PET preform mould project has different requirements. PET resin, preform weight, cavity count, injection machine, cycle time and production volume all influence the right mould configuration.

Before recommending a cavity count, hot runner solution or mould steel, we review the preform specification, neck finish, resin, machine compatibility and target output. A 32-cavity mould for 28g CSD preforms has different requirements from a 72-cavity mould for water preforms.

We ask the technical questions early and recommend based on actual production conditions-not a standard configuration. The goal is a PET preform mould that fits your product, machine and production target.

OUR COMMITMENT
How We Keep Improving

Stay Precise in Our Engineering

PET preform mould specifications are checked from drawing review through machining and final assembly. If a critical dimension cannot be reliably held, we address it before the mould ships.

Take Responsibility for Mould Quality

Every released mould carries our engineering standards. We focus on dimensional accuracy, component fit and production stability to reduce corrections after delivery.

Improve Through Trial Data

Mould trial results, production feedback and field issues are reviewed and used to refine our PET preform mould design and manufacturing processes. What worked before is always tested against current production requirements.

Build Long-Term Partnerships

We plan production and technical support around repeat projects, not one-time orders. Consistent PET preform mould quality, responsive engineering support and reliable delivery are the foundation of long-term cooperation.

PARTNERSHIP & GROWTH
Long-Term Partnership. Built on Engineering.

Our Approach to Partnership A PET preform mould project is the start of a long-term technical relationship. We are clear about the trade-offs between cavity count, mould steel, hot runner configuration, cycle time and budget, and stay accountable from drawing review through mould trials and delivery.

Our Approach to Growth Growth means becoming a more capable PET preform mould manufacturer, not simply increasing cavity counts. We continuously improve inspection, engineering and mould trial processes to achieve more stable mould performance and stronger long-term customer relationships.
