Standardised Refurbishment Process
To ensure every delivered mould achieves like-new condition, we follow a strict standardised workflow:

Full Disassembly & Cleaning
- Fully disassemble the mould and use professional cleaning equipment to remove oil, carbon deposits and residues.
- Manage all parts with unique identification to avoid mix-ups
Precision Inspection & Assessment
- Inspect all mould components using a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and high-precision vision measuring system, against original design drawings (or reference unused original spare parts), and evaluate failure status.
- Issue a detailed inspection report with a clear list of parts to be repaired or replaced.


Performance Restoration of Core Components
- Form parts stack (F-parts Stack) refurbishment: After confirming the new datum, perform precision grinding on worn surfaces of original Form parts. Manufacture new mating parts to match the new datum and reground components, ensuring dimensional tolerances meet design requirements and fully restoring Form parts performance.
- Mould shoe refurbishment: Restore geometric accuracy of the mould shoe via precision grinding, and compensate mould thickness with replacement parts to ensure the Form parts stack under the new datum fits perfectly with the refurbished mould shoe.
- Hot runner system refurbishment: Full replacement of heating components with original-equivalent parts, and complete replacement of the nozzle stack. Fully inspect and restore sealing performance, and polish runner walls to meet the surface roughness required for PET melt flow.
Assembly & Mould Trial Verification
