The production line is equipped with a 3-station single-axis take-out robot for synchronized preform extraction and transfer. The customer operated a 144 cavity imported PET preform mold that had been in continuous production for an extended period. Long-term operation resulted in progressive wear of critical mold components, reduced cavity consistency, and declining production stability.
