1. High-Precision Molding
Cosmetic bottles require extremely high dimensional accuracy and surface finish, especially high-end brands that often need to achieve complex curved surface designs or micro-textures. High-speed PET preform molds utilize CNC machining centers combined with mirror EDM to ensure a cavity surface roughness of less than Ra0.05μm, with tolerances controlled within ±0.02mm. Multi-cavity mold designs (typically 48-96 cavities) achieve uniform melt filling through a hot runner balancing system, avoiding uneven preform wall thickness or stress concentration.
2. Rapid Cycling and Stability
Through optimized cooling channel layout (such as conformal cooling technology) and the use of beryllium copper alloy inserts, mold cooling efficiency is improved by more than 30%, shortening the molding cycle to 8-10 seconds. A servo motor-driven high-rigidity mold opening and closing mechanism, combined with an intelligent temperature control system, allows for continuous production of over 2 million cycles without significant wear, meeting the high-volume order demands of the cosmetics industry.
3. Special Function Integration
For anti-counterfeiting requirements of cosmetic bottles, the mold can integrate microtext or laser engraving areas; for serum bottles requiring oxygen barrier, the mold will reserve a co-injection channel to achieve an EVOH barrier layer; for the metallic texture effect required by some luxury brands, local aluminum plating effect is achieved through in-mold insert technology.
