The PET preform mold industry currently faces several challenges: First, beverage brands are increasingly demanding differentiated packaging, and traditional single-bottle designs can no longer meet market requirements; second, increasingly stringent environmental regulations require reduced material usage while maintaining packaging performance; third, high-speed production conditions place higher demands on mold lifespan and stability.
Existing mold designs have the following limitations:
1) Insufficient innovation in bottle structure, making it difficult to achieve brand differentiation;
2) Inadequate optimization of material distribution, leading to insufficient local strength or material waste;
3) Inefficient cooling systems, affecting production cycles;
4) Traditional demolding mechanism design, restricting improvements in production efficiency.
