1. What information do you need to quote a 96-cavity PET preform mould?
We normally require the preform drawing, neck finish specification, preform weight, bottle application, annual production target, injection machine model and preferred hot runner configuration. If the final preform design is not yet confirmed, our engineering team can review the available bottle and packaging requirements first.

 

2. Can the 96-cavity tooling be adapted to an existing PET injection machine?
Yes. We can engineer the mould according to the machine's clamping force, injection unit capacity, mould mounting dimensions, ejection system and other relevant interface requirements. Machine specifications are reviewed before mould construction to ensure proper installation and operation.

 

3. Can you modify the mould design if our bottle specification changes?
